Will my price go up when my first term ends?

Each plan renews at its listed price for the term you chose. If you ordered with ALLABOARD, your first year was discounted, so year two is the regular yearly price: web hosting from $62.55 for the first year, then $83.40 a year. If we ever change a price, we tell you at least 60 days before it applies to you.

Is DDoS protection really included, or is there a tier?

Included. Cloudflare® Magic Transit® guards the Hosting Metro network. When a large flood of attack traffic arrives, it is screened on Cloudflare's network first, which helps keep the flood from overwhelming the servers behind it. It covers every plan on the Hosting Metro network. Shared and WordPress plans also get the Imunify360 web application firewall.

My old host said it's now part of Hosting Metro. What changes?

Your account is moving to Hosting Metro, and billing and support tickets move to the Hosting Metro client area. If anything about the move is unclear, ask us and we will walk you through it.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

60 days on Web Hosting and VPS plans. Dedicated servers, domain names, SSL certificates and setup fees are not covered.
