1. What the guarantee covers
- The guarantee covers Web Hosting and VPS plans.
- Cancel within 30 days of the date your service was first set up, and we refund the full hosting fees.
- Only first-time accounts qualify.

2. What it does not cover
- Dedicated servers, domain names, SSL certificates and setup fees are not refundable.
- Microsoft 365 licences on annual billing are not refundable either.
- Breaking our Terms of service or our Acceptable use policy cancels the guarantee.
3. After the first 30 days
After the first 30 days, fees are not refundable.
Your plan is a subscription. If you cancel after the first 30 days, it keeps running until the end of the period you paid for. That is the current month if you pay monthly, or the full term if you paid up front. It does not renew.
4. How to cancel and claim
- Cancel in writing: open a support ticket from the client area. Our Terms of service list the other ways to cancel.
- If you paid by bank wire, cheque or money order, we add the refund to your account as a credit. We do not pay it out.
